WebI absolutely want to keep it as an internal drive in my new config, and add a second one because 1TB soon won't be enough. I've heard mixed things about this. Some say if you use the 2 M.2 slots on the motherboard, one has to be SATA, and the other one nvme, and you can't have two nvme SSDs at the same time. What do you think about this ? WebJan 11, 2024 · SSD on Motherboard is 256GB, 2.5" SSD is also 256GB. This is a temporary fix for running out of room until I can afford to buy new computers. Thanks in advance for any help! A $12-15 sata to usb cable would be a quick, cheap solution. A $20 - 30 external drive housing would be a step up.
