Press and hold the button for 10 seconds without puffing on it. This should melt the gunked up material in the atomizer and will allow you to clear the clog easier.

You can avoid it by holding the button down, taking a puff and continuing to suck all the vapour out after you’ve taken your finger off the button until it stops producing vapour, then none should get trapped in the airway and settle. WebCenter pin in the cartridge needs to make contact with the wire (I had a 10dc cart that was fixed this way), like wise, the battery you use could have the same problem, but with the center pin pushed down. Also another method is to use the highest setting (red for my battery) to unclog and not inhale, then switch back to green for a regular hit. The best thing that works for me is to hold the button on my pen to warm up the cart, which usually heats the distillate inside enough to loosen it up and get a good hit.
