WebPainting and coating workers typically do the following: Set up and operate machines that paint or coat products Select the paint or coating needed for the job Clean and prepare products to be painted or coated Determine the required flow of paint and the quality of the coating Apply paint or coating WebExamine visually, weigh and measure components created from equipment at the end of the week to ensure machines are producing according to company and industry regulations and standards, making adjustments as needed. Work with team members, shift supervisors and all necessary personnel to take care of complications as they arise.
