Despite everything being the same Warmoth components, I struggled to get the guitar to intonate, and needed to remove saddle springs to bring 2 of them all the way back to the point of touching the bridge plate. I went along the edge of the nut with a razor blade and then got under it with a jeweler screwdriver and it popped right out. Clean the groove out a bit. A dab of Elmers.
