WebMy friend let me borrow his purchased Steam copy via account sharing. I tried to install NVE only without the script hooks, peak limiter, heap adjuster and it worked just fine. This is version 1.50. I think it has something to do with the modified rpf files just to make the cracked versions work but making NVE crash for cracked versions. PS.
