WebIts pretty great. It allows me to play with bots on +100 maps (total), including the halloween ones. Some are broken and won't spawn bots (like Swiftwater) and you need the tf_bot_quota command but its really just a minor inconvenience. I love it because I can play tf2 while offline, which I do a bit as I have a laptop!
